Mazonson LLC Expands Employee Benefits Group and Strengthens HR Services with New Hire

Local Insurance Brokerage Adds Sales Executive

Mazonson LLC, a full-service, privately-held insurance brokerage firm, announced today the hiring of a new sales executive. Kathleen Harrison joins the Mazonson team after nine years at Genesis Consolidated Services, Inc. where she specialized in providing human resources services to clients. Harrison’s primary focus at Mazonson will be Employee Benefits, with a particular expertise in HR services.

“We are so pleased to have Kathleen join our team,” explained Paul Mazonson, President and CEO of Mazonson. “She will be a key member of our Employee Benefits Group. Kathleen’s human resource experience is a perfect match with Mazonson’s new HR Services.”

In her role as sales executive at Mazonson, Harrison will be responsible for determining employee benefits and human resources needs of prospective clients. She’ll assist clients in helping decide what health plans and HR Services will work best for their specific needs – this tailoring is what makes Mazonson a key player in the industry.

Harrison earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College and received a Human Resources Certificate from Northeastern University.
